Global Publication House provides professional publishing and creative services for authors, businesses, and individuals.
Our services may include manuscript evaluation, editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, formatting, cover design, illustration, publishing assistance, printing, marketing, translation, audiobook production, and other related publishing solutions.
The scope of work for each project will be defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, email correspondence, or service agreement accepted by both parties.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to complete a project.
The client agrees to provide all requested materials, including manuscripts, images, author information, project instructions, approvals, and other necessary content within a reasonable time.
Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
The client is responsible for reviewing all work submitted for approval before publication, printing, or distribution.
The client confirms that all materials provided to Global Publication House either belong to the client or are used with appropriate permission.
The client accepts full responsibility for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, plagiarism, or legal claim arising from materials supplied by the client.
Global Publication House is not responsible for verifying ownership of content provided by clients.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, ownership of the completed work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
Global Publication House retains ownership of any internal templates, workflows, software, tools, design elements, or materials developed independently of the client's project.
For ghostwriting projects, Global Publication House provides writing services based on the information, direction, and feedback supplied by the client.
After full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed manuscript as outlined in the service agreement.
Global Publication House will not publicly claim authorship of ghostwritten work unless agreed to in writing.
Editing is intended to improve grammar, clarity, structure, consistency, readability, and overall quality while preserving the author's intended voice whenever possible.
Editing recommendations remain suggestions until approved by the client.
Global Publication House assists clients with publishing preparation and platform submission.
Final approval of metadata, descriptions, pricing, categories, keywords, and publication files remains the client's responsibility.
Publishing platforms operate under their own policies and requirements. Acceptance, review times, distribution decisions, royalty payments, and platform availability are controlled by those platforms.
Global Publication House cannot guarantee approval, ranking, distribution, or continued availability on any publishing platform.
Marketing services are intended to improve a book's visibility and promotion.
Because book sales depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market demand, competition, pricing, reader interest, and platform algorithms, Global Publication House does not guarantee specific sales figures, bestseller rankings, reviews, media coverage, or financial results.
Projects include the number of revisions specified in the accepted quotation or service agreement.
Requests beyond the agreed revision limit may require additional charges.
Major changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new project.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
Project timelines may change due to client delays, revision requests, technical issues, third-party platform requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment schedules are specified in the quotation or invoice.
Work may begin after the required initial payment has been received.
Final files may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension until payment is received.
Refund requests are considered in accordance with the agreed refund policy and the stage of work completed.
Because many of our services involve custom creative work, completed work and services already delivered are generally not refundable.
If work has not yet started, refund requests may be considered after deducting any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
The client is responsible for reviewing all files before approving them for printing, publication, distribution, or marketing.
GlobalOnce final approval has been provided, any requested corrections may incur additional charges.
Global Publication House is not responsible for errors that were present in files approved by the client.
We respect the confidentiality of manuscripts and project materials shared with us.
Client information and unpublished manuscripts will be shared only with team members or trusted service providers involved in providing the requested services, unless disclosure is required by law.
Global Publication House provides its services with reasonable skill and care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, anticipated sales, publishing delays caused by third parties, or decisions made by publishing platforms.
Our total liability relating to any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
The client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
Any completed work delivered before termination remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Global Publication House may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Publication House operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
